There are existing six organs at the Basilica
of the National Royal Palace in Mafra (near Lisbon), Portugal.

Portuguese organbuilder Dinarte Machado carries out the restauration of the six organs located at the Basilica of the Royal Palace in Mafra, Portugal. The day after the concert Pilar Cabrera and Michael Reckling had been invited by Mr. Machado to visit his temporary installed workshop at the Royal Palace. There was the occasion to play one of D. Machado's new instruments. It was a great experience: a most outstanding touch and a brillant sound !
